Staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Hotel was very clean and bed was also very clean and comfortable. This is a very good hotel.

Excellent location, creative ideas of letting the wall scribbled with the messages by the guests from all over the world at the reception area, overall nice and comfortable design and presentation of the hotel actually highlighted its own existence among the row of the old shoplots next to it.

location; Just behind the Times Square, destination of the coach (Starmart) from Singapore. 7 min walk to LRT station, imbi. Staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really value for money and one of the cleanest budget inn ever come across.

Difficult to locate the inn if you are the first timer and not familair with the place.

My single bedroom with the sloping roof was not big but great for one person with ensuite shower. The bed was super comfy! Great staff, breakfast and location..

Located next to Monorail station Imbi. The Hotel itself is quite nice with a big terrace but it is more a backpacker hostel than a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The common areas and room were very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Classic Inn.

We had a room on the ground floor which was a bit noisy. There were people speaking quite loud in the corridor/reception during the night.

The fact it was close to the mono rail so could easily get to places and a short tram ride to kl Sentral which is the main hub for other train destinations.

Me and my partner are currently travelling places so we have been used to staying in hostels etc. The Classic Inn is very basic. Ok to stay for a night or two which is what we did. The pictures on Booked.net are quite deceiving. Wasnt quite what we expected upon arrival. It is not the easiest place to find also, not many of the locals/hotels knew where it was based & resulted in us looking for the place for 40 mins in the pouring rain! When we eventually found a local cab driver who knew where it was it is actually situated at the back of the times square shopping mall (where the parking is for the mall). The room was very basic, we had a private room. It was ok. Didnt have the best nights sleep as you can hear everything out the back street. My partner got bitten 8 times in one night by the mossi's so advise to keep the bathroom door shut. Couldnt fault the staff though, smooth check in and the fact that someone is on site 24/7. Ok for a stopover if travelling but would say it is pricey for what it is.Have paid less elsewhere since staying here and have had better quality/comfort.

Location of the hotel, its perfect close to thae mall shopping (square mall ) and also, close to thae railwail..

The haotel at all is excellent but one thing was not good, I mean the hotel need to improve his waifay ( intrnet service ) . The waifay was weak especially at third floor sinc I stayed there.

You will definitely find mosquitoes over there. Room walls are not clean. Very narrow, back door stairs and obvisously very expensive. The breakfast is only 1 piece of Roti Chanai+Bread with Kaya+5 pieces of fruits and tea/coffee.

The staff were definitely friendly. We arrived at around 2am and checked in without issue. Location is actually great. It's a 5 min walk to the LRT station.

Shower was leaking. Not that big a deal though. Narrow steps to the front entrance! Not a big winner with those bring heavy luggages!

Great location, quite peaceful although not too far from shopping centers. Helpful and friendly staff. Free wi-fi internet facility is very helpful esp when I have to do research for local travel. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends,
